The present work addresses an issue which has acquired a significant importance due to the increasing development of the contractual relationships as an expression of the parties' autonomy. The simulation is not only used in man's everyday life as source of appearances but it reaches the field of the legal business. This work analyzes the theoretical outlines of simulation as the cause of the legal inefficiency and its regulation in the 1987 Cuban Civil Code.
