The objective of this paper is to identify the concurrence of a set of rules in chilean law and, therefore, to examine the right of option that arises for the creditor. This right will allow you to choose between the actions offered by Law No. 19,496, on the protection of consumer rights, and the Civil Code against defective deliveries.
