Abstract

STIGLITZ, RUBÉN S.  and  BERNAL-FANDINO, MARIANA. The Lesion in Argentinian and Colombian Law: A Comparative Approach. Rev. Derecho Privado [online]. 2017, n.33, pp.137-159. ISSN 0123-4366.  https://doi.org/10.18601/01234366.n33.06.

Legal systems have chosen different positions face to this challenge, so the comparison of two legal systems such as the Colombian and the Argentine is illustrative to analyze the effectiveness of the lesion in contemporary legal business.
