The consumers who in order to satisfy their consumption needs, access credit products that are part of any of the Operations through Financing Systems foreseen in Law 1480 of 2011, have a special protection regime different from the financial consumer regime. This article focuses on studying the most relevant aspects of this regime, such as its scope, right of information, guarantees, and their sanctioning regime, as well the obligations of credit operators.
