The responsibility for ultrahazardous activities has been one of the most discussed topics in the Colombian jurisprudence and civil doctrine. The verdict analyzed here sustains that in this sphere, an objective system of responsibility should be applied based on a "presumption of liability", maintaining apart from the jurisprudential tradition on the matter.
