In this research we show how the Supreme Court of Peru has been developing and interpreting the regulation about contraventions against minors; institution regulated in an insufficient and imprecise way in the Code on Children and Adolescents. Although in some points the Court achieves a certain consistency and predictability, in other aspects the imprecision is still latent.
