The article examines, in general and with special reference to Chilean Law, first, the error-vice caused by breach of the obligation to inform the financial consumer; and, second, the requirements of said error, consisting of the fact that it must be determinative and excusable (with emphasis on the provider's behavior and the consumer's situation).
