This article analyzes the new appeared forms of organization in last decade. In the first part the author explains the less known forms of organization proposals by Mintzberg and discusses four new models: The horizontal organization, the organization in Network, the cellular organization and the virtual organization. Also the evidence of application of these models in organizations is offered anywhere in the world.
