Strategic thinking has to be translated into strategic implementation to achieve the goals the organization is striving for. Otherwhise all the neat, orderly and tightly controlled planning process fails to gain in outcomes and finishes as a dead letter. The purpose of the article is to give insight and tools for those who wish to undertake the challenge of a planning implementation effort with minimal outside help.
