The team work has been employed to deal with different problems in different contexts to help achieve the goals of the organization. In this paper we discuss an application in which teams are used to create traits to differentiate a company from another. Some tools are used to establish the differentiation mechanism in a health care provider where competition is particularly tight due to government regulations. The results can be applied however to other companies in different business and contexts.
