Abstract

This article discusses a proposal for a management evaluation model that is applicable to companies engaged in the plastic packaging and container manufacturing industry. This model is the result of both field and academic research and constitutes a development in the research project entitled Management Evaluation Models, which is currently being conducted by the Accounting. Finance & Public Management Research Group. This research development is based on a study of companies in the aforementioned industry in Valle del Cauca. This industry was selected because it accounts for more thant 52% on the relevant national production.
