Abstract

In the last years the relations of cooperation between companies have arised as a new form of production organization that favors the learning and transference processes of Interorganizacional knowledge. These forms of cooperation and in particular the transferred knowledge are constituted in a source of supplemental endowement of competences that contribute to performance of the receiving company. This article presents an integral model to evaluate the performance of the company as a result of Inter-organizacional knowledge transference.
