Abstract

ZAPATA JARAMILLO, CARLOS MARIO  and  ROJAS LOPEZ, MIGUEL DAVID. UNA REVISIÓN CRÍTICA AL MODELADO DE LA CONFIANZA A NIVEL ORGANIZACIONAL. estud.gerenc. [online]. 2010, vol.26, n.116, pp.193-208. ISSN 0123-5923.

Trust is one of the critical success factors for organizational improvement. Several authors have discussed trust models, but they are based on the characteristics of particular problems. However, in analyzing relevant literature using a state-of-the-art methodology, similarities were found that might allow generalization. This is the reason that this article provides a review of the state-of-the-art in trust on an organizational level. We also summarize the results of this review. The research goal is to establish common ground elements under the concept of trust. As future work, we plan to formulate a unified model of trust. Some elements such as trustee, trustor, and trust factors are shown as results of this state-ofthe- art review.

Keywords : Trust; models; social relationship; organizations.
