This case study analyzes the situation of the Pedro Antonio Molina Industrial and Technical Educational Institution, the leadership of its director, and private sector support with quality management processes. This leadership and support motivates the members of the institution to work together to achieve quality certification, improving their academic results year after year, excelling at a regional and national level, and creating social change in their environment. Methodologically, we identified a leading institution in Cali, Colombia, and then found local, regional, and global sources of information, consolidating a case that illustrates the best practices that schools can adopt to achieve an administrative model capable of being replicated in other institutions.
