BERNAL GONZALEZ, Idolina; PEDRAZA MELO, Norma Angélica y SANCHEZ LIMON, Mónica Lorena. The organizational climate and its relationship to the quality of public health services: Design of a theoretical model. estud.gerenc. [online]. 2015, vol.31, n.134, pp.8-19. ISSN 0123-5923.
Using 83 theoretical and empirical studies published in countries from Latin American during the 21st century, this work has two main aims. First, to examine the multidimensionality and essential characteristics of organizational climate and the quality of public health services, and second, to design a theoretical model of the relationship between these two variables. The study was carried out according to desk research strategy, an analysis method comprising the literature review, screening, consultation, removal/collection and integration of data. From the analysis performed, it is theoretically inferred that there is a relationship between organizational climate and quality of public health services. However, it is recommended to conduct empirical studies on public health services to strengthen the theoretical perspectives analyzed.
