On this basis, this paper explores some key factors that influence commercial revenues, such as passenger profile, type of airport, trends in consumption, the evolution of business strategies, changes in the formulas of ownership and management of airports, and other new developments. These factors help to understand how airport managers adapt to the changes affecting airport revenues, take advantage of new opportunities and design new concepts
