The middle management is key in the implementation of the strategies and in the success of the organizations. So the objective of this study is to describe from the quantitative point of view the relationship between strategic commitment, inclusion, the social process of meaning construction and the conflict of interests in the Mexican middle management that has postgraduate studies in business. It is demonstrated from the logistic regression techniques, that the inclusion by the bosses, in the first instance, in conjunction with the social process of meaning construction, have a direct relationship with the behaviors of strategic support or strategy.
