Resumen
STOCCO, Melisa. Traful: A Proposal for the Study of Self-Translation in Mapuche Poetry. Lit. teor. hist. crit. [online]. 2018, vol.20, n.1, pp.39-61. ISSN 0123-5931. https://doi.org/10.15446/lthc.v20n1.67276.
The purpose of this paper is to introduce the concept of traful as a notion that makes it possible to problematize the object of self-translation and its product, bilingual texts, in the context of contemporary Mapuche poetry. After presenting the theoretical background selected to develop the concept, we illustrate its methodological scope through the analysis of some poems by Rayen Kvyeh and Leonel Lienlaf.
