BRANDAO MATTOS, Marcelo. The "Place of Speak" and "Speaking from the Place" in Literary Enunciation: the Post-Colonial Dilema. Lit. teor. hist. crit. [online]. 2021, vol.23, n.1, pp.161-184. Epub 06-Abr-2021. ISSN 0123-5931. https://doi.org/10.15446/lthc.v23n1.90598.
The academic approach between comparative literature and cultural studies, a relevant aspect of post-colonial research, has produced challenging scientific hypotheses. In this article, we discuss the academic-scientific implications of using the sociological concept of "place of speech" for the analysis of literary enunciation. For this purpose, we refer to theories of fictional discourse and narrative, post-colonial theories, and sociological concepts about the representativeness of minority social groups. As an illustration of the proposed ideas, in the end, we mention African literary writers, representatives of the post-colonial world.
