The following proposal has the purpose of setting up and designs a procedure model of the network of investigation of advanced technology (High Speed Research Network) to Distrital University Francisco José de Caldas, through the use of high speed net Internet type 2, according to the procedure model TMN from UIT-T and through the use of free software platforms.
