In general terms, a perimetric viewer is a system capable of representing, recognizing, and analyzing a piece of land, as well as processing all the information of the area to obtain data and results in an autonomous way. This article presents an implemented model of such a system, which is in the first stage of development. The system can represent a 360^o image of an entire area on a computer screen.
