This paper focuses on the results of a research study based on groupality development indicators through Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), during the educational process at a Cuban university. This study was conducted considering a single case study and whose criteria was applied to 13 students and 3 teachers with the sole purpose of dynamic and sequential sampling. A sociogram and activities analysis were used for this purpose. Three indicators were considered such as: students' social perceptions of ICT, representations of pedagogical alterna-tives to enhance group performance and purpose of educational communication. The results showed poor development related to s group performance due to pedagogical design deficiency on ICT application, dismal student-teacher educational communication, and poor development in the area of effective evaluation.
