Abstract

This article shows the results of a study that identified the level of reliability and validity of the "Inventory for Measuring Engagement at Work" (IMET). The objectives were achieved through an instrumental study. The instrument was administered to 572 teachers in the city of Durango, Mexico. The results obtained with the application of this instrument, allowed to demonstrate high reliability and validity for measuring engagement.
