Abstract

This paper aims to establish the relationship between gender and quality of working life assesment in health professionals in Guadalajara, Mexico. 322 people were sampled in a health institution. The satisfaction related to their quality of working life, was assessed through CVT-GOHISALO instrument. As a result, women dissatisfaction was revealed with opportunities inequality. In addition, sampled women showed through statiscal significance to be more satisfied than men, talking about personal development achieved through work and free time management.
