Abstract

This article presents a reflection on the need to look professional Nursing training in a new age perspective of diversity. Usually admission to these institutions is a time and age where we have social mix of teenagers and youth without being unloaded necessary maturity of liabilities, but currently the demand for higher education has meant the entry of other youth (30 to 40 years). We intend to reflect on the necessary redefinition of the learning process according to the population of students entering these institutions and also on the relevance in training for skills development that respond to the demands of the current context, keeping the premise where education remains a mechanism for achieving equal opportunities. It is therefore important to stress the teaching processes of these institutions regarding these current requirements
