Abstract

This article develops the relationship between the tree basic phases of any public policy. The first on is related with political, economic an administrative process that build the foundations of public policies. The second one it deals with the administrative body in charge of the elaboration and execution of the police. Finally, the third one pretends to evaluate policies impact.
