This article is a critical analysis of certain doctrines that have been pretending to apply in Colombia about the "causative nexus". This concept was created by the French doctrine. It attempts to explain some peculiarities of legal responsibility for the dangerous activities in Colombia. Accepting the French doctrine will be a total disfigure of the Colombian regimen about this issue. It will create a practical confusion with the general non intentional responsibility.
