There is no strict fulfillment of the recommendations made to Colombia by international human rights organizations. The Committee created by the economic, social, and political rights Covenant has insisted several times to provide the status of workers of those Colombian community mothers that takes care of poor children. The current article deals with the case of these women and the legal action established by them to obtain the protection of their rights.
