Abstract

This article presents the interest of making a short contextualization about the circumstances in which the 2000 victimizing events took place in El Salado, a Colombian population, and the effects that it brought to their art's idiosyncrasy. In addition, it presents the study of the reparation's concept, the legal framework, and certain judicial pronouncements, done through a descriptive and documental investigation, based on the compilation and analysis of the information. Then, it shows the reflection about the impact of the musical activities developed by the victims of the armed conflict in the case study to expose the effects they have brought in the post-conflict framework as a not pecuniary reparation form (non-monetary content).
