The regime of liability for defective products in the medical health field has a series of special nuances that merit its study. This article tries to approach the topic from a double perspective, which implies the analysis of the preventive system or prior-control of the placing on the market of the product. The second studies the same regarding the compensation regime aimed at controlling liability derived from defective medical-sanitary products and the characteristics of this type of liability.
