Abstract

Objective:

The purpose of this article is to identify alternatives for the development of green businesses in the productive associations of the municipality of Florencia-Caquetá.

Methodology:

Descriptive research with a mixed approach was used, which allowed the application of the qualitative and quantitative swot to a sample of ten agricultural associations of the region, as a technique that allows the elaboration of the organizational diagnosis and the correlation of strategies for the studied population.

Key Findings:

The results reveal the integration of strengths, opportunities, weaknesses and threats and the definition of strategies that directly impact the positioning of associations.

Conclusions:

In short, the relevance of strategies such as the improvement in the efficiency of supply chain management, the demand for compliance with sustainable standards by suppliers, the need to minimize waste and environmental impact at all stages of the production process, the structuring of a committee focused on the implementation of quality processes and the design of marketing strategies to promote their products in markets specialized in ecological products is evident.
