In this article, the objective is exposed different interpretations over the integracionismo and it's has said economy phenomenon than going more beyond the limits. Also, it's has allowed the relationship between several development and undevelopment countries, with the purpose to obtain economy exchange space and establish integration, but establishing limits and rules for these negotiations, the competitive can to be equity without exclusion, discrimination, segregation or economy damage.
