There are few integration efforts on the continent with a strong regionalist emphasis, but you could say that the ALBA-TCP, by its sui generis character of integration, is presented as a multidimensional instrument and countless socioeconomic and geopolitical interests, which are very interesting for compression and analysis. It is for this reason that this report is intended to give a general approach to this new mechanism of integration for the region. In this sense and at first, the philosophical framework underpinning the ALBA-TCP, and then show some aspects that constitute and support the commitments of the various nations that now make this initiative arises. Finally and in conclusion, a series of observations was set to facilitate reflection on the information presented.
