A complex and systematic phenomenon as the crime. The crime compose legal problems damage and harm the liberty of the citizen. It's therefore is needy and difficult identify criminal policy position or ideology of the Colombian State to each one problems questions. In this moments is important infer the answer dogmatic in Law 599 of 2000, result of criminal policy and to find the need to build a theoretical framework as some, it's reiterative what is know: Criminal Law as a science, in other words as dogmatic, as proof are essential in the criminal process.
