According to international and national legal framework related directly to combat smuggling are all illegal activities that directly harms the Colombian economy have always played an important part, especially in land regions such as Guajira, Norte de Santander and Pasto that Despite numerous efforts by governments to control and reduce the wide-ranging negative impact they have on society causes of this prohibited activity.
