The article seeks to establish as has been the mainstreaming of gender and ethnicity in the Colombian legal field. To achieve the target came to analyze the main change that brought the Colombian Constitution as was the Article 13 right to equality, since this served to understand society and its contrasts, which implied the right projection approach differential in their interpretation and application. Thus, the article presents as has been the inclusion of these terms in the dogmatic field of application of justice, in his second and third part, concluding that there is a good advance in the incorporation of these terms.
