The article has as object show to the readers the results of the investigation that approached the topic The extension request of the jurisprudence of the State council to third parties on the part of administrative authorities, period 2012-2014, bearing in mind that to limit itself to the simple expedition of juridical dispositions is insufficient if it is not done by instruments that actually could be put into practice of effective form, because the important thing is that they contribute both to the efficiency of the rights of the solicitors and to the decongestion of the administration of justice, avoiding the wear of the judges in matters on which clear rules have been fixed on his resolution.
