This article addresses the issue of education in ethics of human rights. Debated topic in the last thirty years. It is important to note at the outset that this article is meant two very specific ideas. One of the most striking features of his character pedagogical knowledge is necessarily open. It feeds on other forums as to transform pedagogical and andragogical equity, that is, intentional action proposals. So interested, and have to be interested, all you can contribute or, where appropriate, hinder the formation of people in human rights. Referred to in this article the concept and prospects of human rights foundation. It is noted that human rights are because they respond to a variety of needs, own specific human dignity, prior to their legal recognition and non-derogable, which in our view, is inherent in the human condition. Affirmatively concluding that the ethics of human rights historically specific common human aspiration to achieve better lifestyles. The DHS definition originally referred to the understanding of human dignity, that is prior to any judgment, either legal or political.
