Provide solutions to the differences presented between two sister Nations, the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela and the Republic of Colombia, which have been affecting their own well-being, given the management of internal politics and foreign policy implemented by the two Governments in recent years, especially by the assumed ideological inclination as sovereign States, now the prospect of a full identification of all citizens in border, but guarantees of the rights of citizens of the two countries, is now the beginning of a strong, effective, efficient, current, and complete response to so far criticized capacity control problems that thre aten its internal security and that of their own gov erned, the willingness of States to achieve agreements and agreements to work together, fighting the problems that affect everyone, is to resolve the identity of citizens, especially now that we have open borders and much mobility between countries.
