Based on the economic principles, for investors, foreign capital investment in developing countries asks for the lowest operating cost, as a consequence of low profitability due to high salaries. As it is shown in Bangladesh where manufacturing textiles work is seen as slave labor, since the remuneration for this kind of work is regrettable. As a result, this paper aims to propose a theo retical construction that offers valid arguments for an appropriate wealth redis tribution through salaries, not only for strictly economic benefits in established foreign capital, but also overall salary standards. This study is conducted based on ethical and philosophical perspectives, which have tended to facilities and beneficial policies for investment and the foreign capital establishment.
