In this article, we expose of succinct form the intangible value that has to confidentiality in the process of medical conciliation, since many complaints or lawsuits presented by the patients or their relatives (medical services users or health) in opposition to the personnel of medical area (doctors and dentists) for a supposed bad practice, it turn out to be caused by a lack of communication between both parts, which most of these cases can be resolved directly through dialogue between the protagonists of these conflicts.
