This article analyzes the issue of alternative methods for conflict resolution from the perspective of the inclusion in the legislation of the States of Mexican Republic, base don’t the premise that the constitutional reform of June 18 2008 establishes heddeadlines and responsibilities that States must fulfill to join the justice system, showing through a comparative study the dates in which each Statesmen debits legislation and alternative methods that were included.
