Abstract

Objective:
analyze the way in which Corporate Social Responsibility is addressed in the management of multinationals in the city of Barranquilla.
Method:
A study is carried out with a qualitative approach, being a documentary investigation, which is based on a bibliographic review in various academic platforms for the development of results.
Results:
A documentary review of the main postulates of CSR, shows the success stories of some of the most recognized multinationals in the national and international context, and the analysis of the perception of businessmen and citizens of Barranquilla society; to end with the proposal of a management model and the design of strategies that help to potentiate the management of these companies around the generation of positive results in the construction of social fabric in the city of Barranquilla.
Conclusions:
it is concluded that it was possible to establish a model of social intervention to be developed by multinationals, and in conjunction with this, the strategies necessary for its development.
