This article of a legal and research nature, which is approached from a qualitative approach with a bibliographical review, has as its primary objective, to describe and study the recognition of people in the Colombian criminal system, as well as to analyze the contributions that from the psychology of the testimony they have been made in favor of the level of credibility and reliability of that investigative procedural act.
