Addressing quality based on the legality, regulations and administrative, judicial and alternative procedures of social protection in health is a response to the resolution of individual and collective conflicts, as well as the path to the resolution of disputes presented, detailed in social legal systems, which in turn generate incidents or are factors that affect the indicators that are part of quality in terms of efficiency, timeliness, effectiveness and agility. In this order of ideas, it is intended to make health management known based on the efficiency and effectiveness of the procedures, legality, efficiency of legal regulations, instrumental structure, guarantees, duties, relationships, rights, contracts, businesses and acts of analysis. regulating legal elements of benefits, assistance and insurance. Likewise, in this sense it is worth referring to the methodological process which is based on the qualitative research approach, with a hermeneutic documentary type based on the analysis of texts, experiences, literature, about the provision of social protection services in health. In this logic, the objective is the understanding of the procedure in its legal institutions regarding social protection in health in terms of validity to achieve quality in the provision of efficient, effective and optimal services, endowed with regulated and normative legality. Therefore, from a context of tensions, vicissitudes, challenges, contradictions, regarding administrators, service providers and clients or users of the system, it can be said that these affect the quality of care.
