Abstract

The people and the territories affected by the conflict must be repaired. Indeed, the Colombian territory must have the status of victims of the conflict. It's necessary to think a territorial system that allows converging the different interests and desires peace, this involves performing a process of environmental and symbolic territory recovery, reason that explain us the importance to strike a balance between the need for development and ethnic rights of a communities. This article presents a reflection about the requirements to achieve a sustainable peace agreement and conciliatory land use planning.
