The aim of this article is to show some territorial conflicts caused by the recent implementation of road infrastructure projects in Colombia. The look is made from the field of the land management approach, this point of view, allow us understands how the complex reality intertwine in the territory, involving multiple dimensions, times and scales, making it necessary to identify different levels of analysis, correlations and interdependencies. To achieve this, we take as a universe of analysis the top ten projects pathways Fourth Generation, 4G, and some examples of other routes previously built under the concession scheme method, in order to extract from them some evidence about the impacts and generated conflict types. Research and insights drawn from it are based on variables of economic, social, environmental, demographic and historical nature, some drawn from literature and other sources dialogue with the habitants. With a possible scenario o armed conflicto end, in our conclusión, we propose some reflections on the role that this type of infrastructure would play on that stage.
