This paper compiles the avant-garde agreements reached at Habitat 3 held in Quito on October 2016, which represent political and technical approaches to the right to the city. The objective is to feedback these elements in political agendas of the social movements in Bogotá, to strengthen their capacity to achieve political incidence on urban struggles.
