The purpose of this text is to document the exercise of territorialization of memory resulted of a teaching-learning process with the students of two careers of the Universidad Austral de Chile in the city of Valdivia. This pedagogical strategy facilitates the application of a theoretical body that emphasizes a situated and pertinent knowledge, as it values the voice of citizens, significant actors in the process of memory construction.
