This research focuses on another dimension of academic culture. The written contracts that make up the organization of educational contents and practices. Through the interpretative analysis of Study Plans and Programs of careers that train professionals linked to the educational field, the conclusion is reached that they are more than administrative documents that make up the institutional archive. They can be considered psycho-pedagogical instruments that organiza and condition, to a great extent, the interpretation and construction of meanings of the textual corpus proposed in higher education.
